hadn`t read your blog in a while as we recently moved to japan and i`ve been constantly on the go. plants are very reasonable here even though the cost of living is quite high. our room at the hilton is looking like a garden as i have bought 16 plants. the other day i`d been wondering if bouganvillea grow here as it is quite tropical and lo and behold the very next day i found some at a plant nursery. i bought one in that very shade-my favorite color for those flowers. can`t wait to plant it in our yard. looks like we`re moving into our home on the 22nd.

by the way, you can read the first one by checking the blog cynthia and mike. she posted pictures of our househunting trip as well. she has posted twice since then so you just need to scroll down a bit.
i do hope all is going well for you in michigan. i love the pix of the river and sunsets there. i know it`s hot and muggy there. it`s been in the mid to high 90`s all week here, and very humid too. reminds me of fl. but i am not complaining. our home in the nw hasn`t seen much of a summer this year.
