The New Hospital
Directly across the street from the Hacienda Mundaca entrance that you saw yesterday, is where the new hospital is being built on the island. This will supposedly be a teaching hospital. Which should mean that all kinds of specialties will be offered. This island needs a good hospital facility.
Too bad that construction has now stopped for an undetermined amount of time because they have run out of funds.

Wow ..... what a coup, if they can pull it off .... imagine, a teeny little fart in the water like Isla to have it's own teaching hospital. I hope the funding can be found.

I hope (someday) it will be finished.
That'll be a great addition for the island. Hope they get the funds quickly to finish!
So when they started they miss-budgeted or inflation got the better of them or?
What a shame.
It's an election year. Funds always become available from those who do not want to lose power of those who win it. And if the wind blows Coronado into office, I just bet the place will be better than originally planned. That's a guess, purely.
