I just thought that with all the cold circulating around everybody, we could use a nice image.

WE LEFT THE RAT RACE EIGHT YEARS AGO AND RETIRED TO THIS LITTLE ISLAND IN THE CARIBBEAN. THIS IS MY ACCOUNT OF THE TRIALS, TRIBULATIONS, AND LITTLE JOYS OF LIVING IN MEXICO.

Ah......the wind chill is at 0 here in CT, so I appreciate this photo very much!
I'm coming down! only 10 more days. Lovely photo.
Bring on the beach! Baby it is cold outside (46 F here this morning)
From the forecast I see online, it appears we will be warmer here in Dallas than you are in Isla.
We arrive in 30 days and are hoping to get lucky enough that the weather improves before then. I could sure use a good warm beach day!

If only I were there! Here it's
14 F and the wind chill is minus 5.
It is midnight and 70 degrees on our beach. Not hot. But certainly not cold.
Wayne, we had unusually cool weather on the west side of Mexico in early December. We didn't have windows, so were totally open to the chill (and many other things). Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Hope Isla warms up for our January trip, but I'm bringing fleece!
With all the rain, cold and snow up in the mountains here in Northern California...I look at this picture and think it's another planet...sigh....10 months and counting until our next visit...
I'll be seeing that view in 5 more days. I can't wait!
I have visited Isla many times currently I have my sailboat there, however I am home in Panama City FL for Christmas, way to cold here.
I should be in my other home in Isla on Jan 5.
