Now We Know

Didn't get great news at the cardiologist yesterday, but at least I have a better understanding now of what is going on. And what I should be doing. I'm not too thrilled about most of what he had to say, but I intend to pay attention.

I just don't feel like discussing my personal health anymore on the blog. I'll be back to posting my regular type of things as soon as I can. Wait for it!

Having been down this road, I know how these things can progress.

You're best advised by listening to the best resources.... if you're not convinced that they're the "best resources", then go get 'em. You have a lot of friends who have been down this avenue, and you can come out on the high side as well.

Don't be morose; be committed to do the best thing that your body needs, and you'll be fine.

Trust those who have encountered these experiences; you've got a great system to support you; use it.

Regards,

O Robert

You do not need to post about your personal health. You know that all of your readers care about you but some things are just, well persoanl. Take care and I will be hoping that you will someday be able to write that things are much better because you followed the doctors advice.

So sorry, but you're not alone. I found out today I have breast cancer and I am 30 and all I have wanted was to move to Mexico. That's what has had me following so many blogs. I found out TODAY that I have cancer at 30. So I feel your pain, whatever your ailment. If you need to talk, I'll be here.

Getting older is no picnic... all those genes from your parents start crawling out. Just take care of #1 - YOU!

Hey Wayne,

I hope you are feeling better. I am only 22 (as of yesterday) and I hate when the doctor tells me to do things, but then again...I guess when it comes to these situations they do know best. I can't wait to come to Isla and I hope that we get to spend more time together because I have been reading your blog for so long, and it was really wonderful to finally meet you. It was my pleasure actually to meet both of you, anyway...I will see you in a couple of days I hope!

As others have said, priority is doing what is best for yourself & there's nothing wrong with being selfish about it. Best wishes to you.
