My guess would have been one of the loncherias. I just couldn't remember which one had those plates. They look yummy. Have you tried the chicken Gouda nachos at Brisas Grill? They are really good.
Makes me hungry also! Looks good!
Thats so funny Jackie... I was trying to figure out where the photo was taken by the plate as well. You know a person has been to Isla a few times when they can identify a close up of food by the plate its sitting on :)
