Lovely! Way to go, L! Does this mean he's a blogger now?

Cactus have fascinated me -- ever since I was about 6 and bought my first one in a small pitcher. I will soon have an opportunity to indulge another guilty pleasure in Mexico. Thanks for the great photographs.

WOW! Great photos. There are so many variety of cactus. It must be like palm trees. I was told by man who worked at the botanical gardens on Kauai that there are over 12,000 varieties of palm trees. I believe there must be as many different types of cactus as there are palms.

VERY nice shots - some very artistic ones - L has a great eye! Thanks for sharing those, Wayne!

L is almost as good as Billie in San Miquel, but then she's a professional. He does have a great idea, especially for composition and a bit of the unusual. And, no, Heather, he is not a blogger now!

Ahhh, cactus.
Love em, love to take pictures of them.
There is something about a plant that will grow where nothing else will.

It is like they have a attitude about making the most of what they have rather than worrying about what they don't.

I also like people with that attitude also!

Great Pictures!!!!

todd: how right you are! make lemonade from lemons sort of thing.

robert: you win the prize for being the first to notice the new pic. Of course, there is no prize, but you would have won it!
