Question: How many men does it take to clean the town fountain?
Hey! If you want to read a funny story of how I prove that there is no fool like an old fool, head over and read today's post, Costa Rica 31, on my other blog. I'm sure you'll get a good laugh from it!
Monday I will post about my Tulum trip yesterday. A good time was NOT had by all. Stick around for that!

I don't see too many of them actually working though.
hi wayne,
i really needed a good laugh yesterday and i certainly got it reading your belly flop story-thanks for suggesting it.
i haven't been reading too many blogs since we arrived in chacala because we've all been very busy with our volunteer work and just plain having fun on our days off, that's why i haven't commented on your blog lately.
do you ever read a blog called bliss in san carlos? she and her husband are sailing down the coast to zijuatanejo. she was a friend of andee's and since i knew she would be stopping in chacala, i kept an eye out for her boat. two days after they arrived, my son and i swam out to greet them and invited them to come and give a little talk about their voyage to our students . her husband couldn't make it but bliss came and put on a very interesting presentation. she did a nice little write up on our volunteer work here and posted it, along with a picture of the 3 of us on her blog on the 20th. i thought you might enjoy reading it. this was my 2nd meeting with someone whose blog i read, the first was andee when i came down last year. anyway, if you'd like to read it, just google bliss in san carlos and scroll down to the 20th.
keep up the great posts. i will get caught up on your costa rica trip as soon as i can.
