I'm still here and thinking about blogging. I just don't seem to have the energy, inclination or imagination to do much with this space right now. But do not fear for I will be back with a vengeance soon enough!
I have a couple of fantastic trips planned for this month and I am sure I will enjoy telling you all about them. Bob is not coming with me but I won't be alone! How's that for a tickler!
And we may have a dog by the end of the month too! I'm hoping Debi comes through with her promise of help on that one!
So stayed tuned. You never know which day I may be back to smack you upside the head with some other profound post!

This seems to be true for a lot of bloggers. Maybe it has something to do with Facebook becoming a quick easy way to express yourself. Look forward to hearing more about your trips!

It sounds funny, but I'm sure most of us don't just visit this blog because of you. We also visit to see how that little gem of an island is doing.
So when your imagination runs short of things to talk about, what would the island tell us? that might give a little inspiration.
Believe it or not, even the pictures of a guy scalping grass with a machete are interesting to us that have fond memories of island life.

O Robert: you make an interesting point. I found the comment from Anonymous extremely offensive but, according to my self-imposed rule, I publish all comments unless they contain profanity or defamation. That is about to change.
I am addicted to this blog of yours and love to read both the ups and the downs. Cannot wait to see the new puppy being the dog lover that I am and have fun on those trips....who we wanna know who....and when are you gonna tell us nosey readers want to know:)
Looks like all the isla bloggers have the blahs. Either that or you guys are too busy enjoying the beautiful island weather and all those wonderful people who live in paradise with you! Are you sure Anonymous meant to be offensive? I didn't take what he/she wrote as negative, but just an honest suggestion (maybe misunderstood). Personally, I enjoy reader's views about your posts and photos, but agree comments should be posted with an identity.
Teach that doggie to go after people sneaking around your property!!! ;-)
