Ya' gotta love the signs on Isla...they either make you smile or roll your eyes.
anonymous: I suppose that sign could be interpreted in so many ways. It could read that the restaurant is 2X1, thus the clarification. But why not just redo the sign to make it clear?

The original sign was very nicely done with a good font style. I thought maybe the “only with drink” might have something to do with beach chairs. But right, why not do a do over and make it clear what they really mean.
We are traveling to Isla Mujeres in a few weeks and will stay at the Excellence Resort. Do you know anything about it? Do you think it is worth the $$$? Do you think we will be safe traveling from the airport?
