Paint Job

Finally had some nice weather this weekend so we grabbed the new paint for the cabana and had at it. We wanted to get it done before this weekend when guests arrive.

The top part you see here used to be the same color as the newly painted bottom part. We even added UV protection stuff to the paint 3 years ago to retard fading. As you can see, it did not work. Guess we underestimated the power of this tropical sun.

We painted the orange on Saturday and L did most of the yellow on Sunday while we were at the christening. He had some help from Simon who jumped in the paint tray! That put him behind as he had to stop and give his living paint brush a bath!
